THE NEXT CHAPTER OF ATLAS · IN DEVELOPMENT
Every job.
Connected.
The customer. The work. The next handoff.
One workspace to keep them moving together.
First look: Field Service, for painting and light-remodeling businesses.
One customer.
One job.
No lost context.
BUILT AROUND THE WAY WORK MOVES.

INTRODUCING ATLAS OPERATES
Your business moves.
Your information should, too.
An inquiry comes in. An estimate gets scheduled. The scope changes. The crew needs instructions. Then the completed work has to become an invoice.
We're developing Atlas Operates to keep that whole journey together. Shared customer and job information follows the work, so the next person can see what's agreed, what needs attention and what happens next.
FROM FIRST INQUIRY TO REVIEWED INVOICE
Follow the work.
Keep the context.
Our first preview follows a fictional painting job through six connected stages. Open each step to see the handoff.
01Capture the opportunity
+
Track the inquiry, source, follow-up and customer details in the embedded Lead Command workflow. Move a qualified lead into a connected customer and job.
RELATIONSHIPS02Make room for the visit
+
Book an estimate appointment on the internal calendar, check for conflicts and keep the visit tied to the job. External calendar synchronization is planned.
WORK03Get the scope clear
+
Review the proposed work and capture scope changes before the team starts. Customer acceptance is simulated in the preview; no legal signature is collected.
DOCUMENTS & APPROVALS04Give the handoff an owner
+
Assign work to a named team member and record their acceptance. See the responsible person and the next action together, including blockers that need attention.
HANDOFFS05Bring the result back
+
Keep completion notes and evidence with the job, so the office can review the work without rebuilding its history from scattered conversations.
WORK & DOCUMENTS06Review before it goes out
+
Turn the agreed work into an invoice draft for review. The preview ends with a reviewed, unsent draft. It does not send an invoice or collect a payment.

A CLEAR FIRST LOOK
What you're
seeing today.
Can I use this to run my business today?
Atlas Operates is in development. We're demonstrating a working local prototype with fictional data and inviting conversations about real workflows. Public production access, onboarding, pricing and release dates have not been announced.
Is this another collection of separate apps?
The vision is one login, one workspace and shared information. The preview already connects customer and job workflows. Atlas's existing products can contribute specialized capabilities as the platform develops.
Will it connect to the tools I already use?
We'll assess the connections your business needs. Compatibility and scope must be confirmed for each system. Live inbox synchronization, external calendars, signatures, email and payments remain disconnected in this preview.
What happens when I request a preview?
The button opens our request-information form with Atlas Operates selected. Tell us a little about your business and workflow. Mario Garaffa, founder of Atlas Business Development, will follow up to arrange a guided look. There is no purchase or payment required.
LET'S LOOK AT YOUR WORKFLOW
Where does the
next job get stuck?
If you run a painting or light-remodeling business, I'd like to show you what we're building—and hear where scope changes, approvals or handoffs slow your team down.
